Planning a team day, wellness day, or company event can feel like a lot of pressure - so this short planning chat is simply a friendly conversation where we explore what you have in mind and how we can help you create something fun, engaging, and easy to organise. During the chat we can talk about: • The type of event you’re planning • Your team size and location • The atmosphere you want to create (energetic, relaxed, creative, etc.) • Activity ideas that would work well for your group • Practical details to help the day run smoothly You’ll leave the conversation with a few clear ideas and a better sense of what could work for your team. No pressure - Just a helpful conversation to get the planning started.
Cancellation Policy
At Phoenix Teambuilding, every great experience begins with a meaningful conversation. Our appointments are designed to explore your goals, team dynamics, and ideal outcomes — helping us match you with the perfect facilitator, program, or speaker. Booking & Confirmation When you book through our online system, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your appointment details and Zoom link or Whatsapp Call. Your booking reserves dedicated time with our consultant, so please arrive on time and prepared to make the most of it. Preparation & Duration Discovery calls are 20–30 minutes long and free of charge. Come ready to share your event vision, team size, budget range (if available), and any specific outcomes you’d like to achieve. The more insight you share, the more value we can offer in return. Rescheduling & Cancellation You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment using the link in your confirmation email or by contacting us directly. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows may result in forfeiting the free session. We understand life happens — communication helps us keep things flexible and fair for everyone. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time to respect everyone’s commitments. If we’re delayed, we’ll extend or reschedule as needed to ensure you receive full value. Privacy & Respect Your shared information remains confidential and is used only to prepare for your session or follow up on relevant offerings.
