We work with corporate clients.

That means:

  • Professional behaviour is expected at all times

  • You must follow facilitator instructions and safety guidelines

  • Respect for participants, venues, and team members is non-negotiable. 

  • Wear the standard issued Phoenix Golf Shirt and clean jeans, closed shoes.

 

Anyone not meeting these standards will not be invited to future events.

This is freelance, event-based work supporting corporate team experiences.

You’ll help facilitate activities, manage group energy, and assist in delivering high-quality sessions.

This role suits people who:

  • Enjoy working with people

  • Can think on their feet

  • Bring energy, reliability, and presence​

You’ll thrive here if you are:

  • Confident around groups of people

  • Energetic and reliable

  • Comfortable with outdoor and active environments

  • A student or early in your career (preferred but not required)

  • Able to follow structure while thinking on your feet

 

 Important: 
Work is not guaranteed or fixed. Opportunities are shared based on event needs and availability.

  • This is independent freelance work, not employment

  • Payment is per event structure as:

    • half day (± 👉 4.5 to 6 hours total)

    • Breakdown:

      • Setup: 45–90 min

      • Session: 2.5–4 hours

      • Wrap + pack down: 30–60 min

    • full day (👉 8 to 10+ hours total) 

      • Setup: 60–90 min

      • Session: 6–8 hours (with breaks)

      • Wrap: 45–60 min

  • You may need to arrange your own transport or meet at a central point

  • Events may require early starts and full-day availability

  • Work depends on client bookings and your availability

How you get started

Steps:

  1. Apply online
    Submit your details and a few short questions.

  2. Get shortlisted
    If there’s a fit, we’ll contact you.

  3. Join a live event (trial)
    You’ll be invited to assist at an event so we can see how you work in real conditions.

  4. Join the facilitator pool
    Successful candidates are added to our freelance network and WhatsApp group.

  5. Get invited to events
    You choose opportunities based on your availability.
